Job description:
0. Master, understand clearly about business policies, product characteristics, sales methods of the company, to provide information to customers and agent system.
1. Collect information about market situation, needs and tastes of customers, competitors.
2. Maintain information on the business situation of each agent.
3. Sales, agent development, advertising, promotion, etc. to attract customers.
4. Proposing to carry out advertising and promotion activities in the market in the area under management (agency signs, banrolles, billboards, television advertisements, promotion…).
5. Manage the debt situation of each agent, collect debts according to regulations, fully pay money.
6. Implement the after-sales regime, answer questions and complaints of agents and customers
Candidate Requirements
– Education level: Intermediate or higher
– Male, age 20 years or older
– Having experience in sales and sales of building materials and household tools.
– Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling sanitary equipment.
– Advanced skill
– Management skills
– Knowledge of sales work
– Qualities: Honest, thorough, dynamic, standard, healthy.
– Know basic English and fluently use computer tools in management.
